World Vision Tanzania (WVT) is seeking to recruit a suitable candidate to fill the position of People &Culture Manager. The incumbent is expected to provide People &Culture (P&C) strategic, technical and administrative support, while facilitating teamwork that will enhance efficient and effective service delivery necessary to maintain a healthy People &Culture environment, that include Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Staff Development and Employee Engagement, P&C Strategic Development and alignment and Management of Existing P&C process & Systems.
The People& Culture Manager is also expected to communicate World Vision's Christian ethos and demonstrate a quality of spiritual life that is an example to others.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Master's degree in a relevant field from a recognized University with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management industry and at least 3 years HRM experience in a large international NGO.
Preferred:
Good knowledge of normal organizational policies, Tanzania labor law and legal requirements
Good skills in conflict resolution/problem solving, teamwork, crisis management, training facilitation and coaching.        
Good understanding of World Vision operations
