Position Description:

An established and growing Publishing Company wishes to employ competent individuals to fill vacant positions as editors, marketing and sales officers, accountant, secretary and driver.
Basic Qualifications;
Holder of an intermediate Certificate in accountancy
at least 3 years experience
basic knowledge and interest in the book trade.
(c) Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain proper keeping of books of accounts of the company
•           Responsible for bank reconciliation
•           Responsible for establishing company financial regulations in consultation with company Managing Director
• Maintain records of company bank signatories
• Establish and maintain company audit system to ensure internal financial control • Advise the Managing Director on the financial matters of the company
