Coco- Cola Kwanza Limited of Dar es Salaam, is part of the only anchor bottler in Africa, (Coca -Cola sabco) in the Coca-Cola Company's global franchise system. In addition, we are also committed to train and develop Tanzanian citizens and to this end we require the services of high caliber Tanzanians to provide a Leading edge to our business in Tanzania
Coca-Cola Sabco Tanzania requires the services of a Trade Marketing Manager, to be based in Dar es Salaam. The incumbent will report directly to the Country Sales and Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Formulate Country Marketing Strategy. Manage implementation against Marketing Strategies. Facilitate
Development & Implementations of promotions plans/ calendar. Develop consumer and Economic profile. Analyse value chain (AB Costing). Develop channel profiling. Develop beverage category understanding. Developed price/ pack strategy. Developed brand opportunity strategy. Deposit strategy in place. Build Revenue
Growth Management (RGM) model. Identify future beverage opportunity. Interact routines with Sales function/ Coca-Cola International. Formalise marketing forum structure. Manage and build market intimacy capability. Formulate & Manage Country Marketing function Budget. Develop people. Manage Marketing Performance. Recruit and select staff. Negotiate space with Dealers (POS, Pricing Coolers and other trade marketing equipment). Perform/ Provide Market Information Analyses & Advice.
Job Requirements
Graduate preferably B. Com- Marketing, Economics or equivalent (Postgraduate Management qualification will be an added advantage). Working knowledge of project management principles. Demonstrate analytical ability. Fluent in English and Swahili. Demonstrate Customer focus. Demonstrate high integrity and honest work ethics. Four years of relevant experience in managing Sales/Marketing Systems and leading sales/marketing teams in achieving targets. Leadership qualities and ability to motivate the team.
